As this quote states, Leadership should be something where you just know how to take charge without having to think about it and teaching others without even knowing it. Having integrity and responsibility is the foundation of organism a leader, and without it you would just be a follower. Integrity which is the character reference of being honest and having strong moral principles makes the leader proud. If a leader does not have integrity they are not true to themselves, such as cheating, lying, or even steal to obtain a goal is not leadership. Sure, its an easier path to meet requirements, but out of what, self-satisfaction, fame, glory?
To be a leader you must have the right mindset, even though it may be harder to reach your goal without cheating in the end its all worth it. With integrity also comes responsibility. To be responsible is a big thing. To be a leader one must handle things oneself for the future of others, and without the self-discipline of being able to successfully act with maturity, can lead to the downfall of a potential leader.
