Marketing Game

The Marketing Game brings both fun and learning experience. It was genuinely challenging task as it required us to usage various tools, models and theories that we have learnt so far. Playing the Game gave us an opportunity to develop many skills including analysis of customer preferences and satisfaction, strengths and weaknesses of our keep company as well as our competitors and as well as defining opportunities and threats that could cause in the market we were in. As the whole process was establish on 6 decisions, we had to make sure that our company’s strategy and objectives are SMART and consistent. Our aim was to become a market leader that offers to customers the best Voice Recognition twist (VRD) which we called Yoda and then introducing second product which would compliment the first one. As we could see from reports our first four decisions were well-aimed and therefore, they put our flying forrard of competition.

Unfortunately, when it came to 5th period and introduction of the new product we did not take the opportunity to do so and in core we have made loss.
