McCarthyism is the name for the date of reference when Senator Joe McCarthy from Wisconsin began investigating rumors of communists working in government positions. McCarthyism occurred because populate were affright and feared of communist citizenry. In the 50s the spotlight antiblack was Nipponese spies. Despite that there were many innocent Japanese Americans that were taken from their families and thrown in a concentration camp. In the 50s were big for communist scares McCarthyism plan had investigations upon communist spies. Eventually, his investigation spread beyond communists in the government. Due to McCarthy being able to break out peoples lives, simply by accusing somebody of communism, some people began reporting others as communists simply to last McCarthys attention off them.
