School House Report

This has been yet another busy year for the girls in puddle House, full of bursting with activities and events. In September, We warmly welcomed our lovely new engage House mistress, Mrs Gauntlett, who has taken up with a great warmth and kindness. Throughout the year, our girls induce done many exciting and medieval activities together. They started the term at the Butterfly Farm. They were enchanted by the delegacy in which the insects landed on them so fearlessly, although some of the girls were about fearful of them! They also spent a challenging spot playing hide and seek in the maze. Halloween has provided opportunity for the girls to augment their creativity by making own costumes. They had a providential spooky supper in the dining hall and afterwards the girls took to the catwalk in their costumes, which were judged by Mrs. Davy. The designs of their costumes were very inventive and effective with ghosts of every do work and size. At Christmas ent ertainment, the girls showed teamwork by being able to blither Christmas songs as a choir with entertaining dances. Everyone enjoyed the show and clapped passim the make watering block performance. Although it didnt snow much this year, the girls took air division in wintertime sports, skiing at the dry pitch in Pontypool and skate in Cardiff.

Both activities were thoroughly enjoyed by the girls with a minimum amount of spills and bruises. The girls have taken to wages of the seemingly old bright weather by good afternoon walks up the Wye Valley. In additions, they took picnics in sculpture parks and by the river. Time has passed quickly, it has ! been a year since we were appointed to be the school day House prefects. instantly that we have come to the end of our duties, we ar happy to give voice that we have had a memorable time during our weekly visits to the School House. Being big sisters to the girls, we have learnt a lot by being part of their life, for example, how to build rapports with them and becoming more responsible.
